During hearing the 2 G spectrum case, special judge has warned various accused for the repeated major mistakes and said that they should abstain from such a tricks in the court.
Special Judge O.P. Saini said that out of 410 applications being filed by the defence council, around 200 pleas contained major mistakes. Saini who has been hearing the case on day-by-day basis warned accused not to play such "tricks" with the court.
It is noted that Cineyug Films Pvt. Ltd Director Karim Morani who is facing trial in the case and presently on bail had filed application seeking exemption from personal appearance on the ground that he has to attend IPL match.
On this Judge Saini said that these are tricks being played in the court. Although he allowed the applications but warned that please be honest.
Judge said, "Till date 410 applications have been filed by the consel and they are numbered but around 200 applications contain major mistakes."
Earlier the court had allowed a plea by Morani on the same way for exemption from personal appearance from April 2 to 4 for another IPL events.
