Raipur, May 20 (IANS) An income tax official was found dead Wednesday at a rest house in Chhattisgarh's Bilaspur town, police said.
Officials at the police headquarters here said that Income Tax Commissioner (Appeal) Kaisang was found dead at the Bilaspur rest house where he was staying for a few months.
He was posted at Bilaspur town, some 110 km from here.
Police have registered a first information report (FIR) into the matter and preliminary investigations suggested the officer died due to cardiac arrest but police were not ruling out any foul play.
