I am a subscriber of sun direct being my smart card No.40247146448 putup at Alwarthiru nagar, Valasaravakkam, Chennai 600 086. Due to heavy wind like cyclone with heavy showers lasted for 20 minutes on 12th May, 2008 at about 7 pm which resulted the dish got changed its position/alignment. Since then, making a number of calls to customer care, it is about 8 to 9 days past, nobody from sun direct bothers to set right my problem and they are shifting their customer resposibilty to others. We are senior citizens and kindly advice us what could be without tv entertainment at this age and this is the way how sun direct loots subscribers by the way of recharge in advance without service and will the sun direct reimburse for days lost without tv entertainment. My validity expires on 27th May 2008, and I am not sure whether it will be renewed or go for Tata sky whose services are far better. Please advice. JP

I have booked a sun dth connection in Sep 2007 from your auth dealer at Mannargudi Taluk in Menampanallur Village, but the coneection is still has not received due to non availability of dish antina with the dealer.But the dealer says to me you can wait still arraival of dish otherwise you can get your money. I want your reply, why are you late supply of the dish then why not yet give me a connection till dt, please give me a reply immediate, thanks.

I have booked a Sun DTH connection from your authorised dealer at Ponneri(Selvavinayaga Stores), but still now i can't received the connection. I have asked the dealer, but the dealer says you can ask Sun Tv office otherwise u will wait another 25 days. i have already waited by past 30 days what is the problem please let as know immediately without fail.

I am happy to say that I am one of the Sun DTH subscribers family belongs from Andhra Pradesh. Though, I am getting telugu channels along with some other, but not getting all the 75 Nos. as mentioned in their channels list. Some channels are showing "temporarly scrumbled". It is our pleasure to know that Sun Net Work has, now, started DTH Services. We were really eagarly awaiting for that moment of time. Presently, we are using Dish TV DTH. Even though the quality of Dish TV is good, its very expensive for comman people or middle class people to afford it. It will be highly appreciable if DTH rates are made reachable to one and all. As we live outside Tamilnadu (Mysore) we often denied the sun Net work services whenever there is a political/socialogical disturbances between the states. Our hearty congratulation for SUN TV for all sucess in DTH services too. We want to know whether the set top box we are using for Dish TV can be used (of course after necessary decoding) for SUN TV DTH with some fee. If so, it will definitely be helpful and boon for those who have already using other DTH services and willing to shift over to SUN TV DTH.

I suggest Sun-TV starts DTH with subscribers in the U.S.A. instead of thru Regional Networks.

Why is it that Sun-TV does not have international TV program control, and instead plays around.
These days and for quite some months now the broadcasts are interupted, noisy in between, and the 'Performing Artists' themselves are 'Out Of Control', and perform like free for all whatever. Its just not acceptable.

Union Minister - Mr. Dayanidthi Maran is outstanding in his accomplishments on the Indian - Front and 'International Stage'. This is being undermined sadistically.

We expect Sun-TV provides 'As-Equal Quality and Control' as other Satelite TV providers / Programs.
