Bearing in mind the coming holiday season, Jet Airways, India’s premier international airline, and its all-economy subsidiary JetLite have introduced new, low 30-Day Advance Purchase fares, effective from today (March 24).
Passengers who purchase tickets 30 days in advance may now enjoy low fares as low as Rs.1,722 and Rs. 2,071 for Jet Airways. The company in an official press release said that these 30-Day fares would be all inclusive and exclude Airport Development Fee, User Development Fee and Passenger Service Fee components.
In addition, JetLite passengers will have to pay an additional transaction fee, over and above the other charges.
With such attractive fares, travellers can now enjoy low fares suitable for families to plan their holiday travel on Jet Airways and JetLite.
The new airfares are almost same as the charge for a first class train ticket. For example: presently, a Delhi-Bengaluru first class AC train ticket costs around Rs 2765 (or 2969 for Tatkal), while a flight ticket for the same route would cost around Rs 3000 in Jet Airways and Rs 2528 in JetLite.
