Jammu, Nov.8 (ANI): Police and Rashtriya Rifle officials in Jammu's Doda District have confirmed killing a self-styled Hizbul Mujahideen district commander in an encounter.
The dead militant has been identified as Mohammad Shafi alias Hashim Khan. Police said that he had been involved in militancy since 1993.
Reports from Doda said that the encounter was still on in the Bagwa area of Doda District. (ANI)
