India’s ace tennis players Mahesh Bhupathi and Leander Paes gained two places each in the latest ATP rankings for the doubles after their recent performances at the Monte Carlo Masters.

Bhupathi climbed to 11th spot after his runner-up finish at the Monte Carlo Masters that had helped him to rise in the latest ATP doubles' rankings issued on Monday. Bhupathi now has 3325 points in the list.

Bhupathi's estranged partner and Indian Davis Cup captain Leander Peas also moved two places up to be placed at 22 this week with a total of 1920 points.

Meanwhile, in the WTA rankings, the out-of-action Indian tennis sensation Sania Mirza remained static in both the singles and doubles rankings. Sania held on to 32nd position in the singles' rankings as well as her 19th spot in the doubles list.

The Hyderabadi lass is aiming her comeback in the next month’s French Open. Sania is currently recuperating from a wrist injury after undergoing a surgery in the US earlier this month.
