sir we r working for tb patients in rntcp from last 10years but still on contract basis, is there any hope of regularisation of our services in future,as we all now becoming age bar for any other govt.jobs.

I joined Delhi Police in Pay Scale of 9300-34800+ grade pay 4200/- on 21.07.2008 and then joined CBEC as an inspector in pay scale 9300-34800 + grade pay 4600/- on 27.01.2010 after getting technical resignation. Will I get increment in July 2010 or not.

I am a Retd Hony. Lieutenant from Indian Navy and retired on 31 Aug 2008 after completion of 28 years of service. The pay scale of Hony. Commissioned Officers is merged with regular Commissioned officers. This is quite injustice to the Hony. Commissioned Officers.Previously the pay scale of Hon.Lieutenant and Hony. Slt was Rs 10850/- and Rs 10500/- respectively where as the pay scale of regular Lieutenant and SLt are Rs 9600/- and Rs 8259/- only. This is due to the length of service put up by the hony. Commissioned officers. We get the rank only at the last leg of our life. So kindly study the case in length and breadth which will increase the morale of the JCOs and equivalents who will strive for achieving the Hony. Commissioned Ranks.

I retired from Indian Air force on 30th April 2008 as a Junior warrant officer. I served in the rank of Junior warrant officer only for two months. As per the rules one has to serve in the rank of junior warrant officer for a minimum period of seven months to get the pension of that rank, Which I offcourse did not qualify. Now Iam getting the pension of the rank of sergant, my previous rank. As per the sixth pay commission one will be getting pension on the basis of 50% of last pay drawn, in such case I should be eligible for the pension of Junior warrant officer rank, Will the new rule work out in my case???????

There is no need to apply for revision of pension It will be done by banks with reday reconoer provided by pension ministery. pre 1.1.04 pensioners will be having multiplying factor of 1.86 post commuted pension and DA @ - 0%- 1.1.06; 2%- 1.7.06; 6%- 1.1.07; 9%- 1.7.07; 12%- 1.1.08 and 16%- 1.7.08 onwards .I will be glad to answer anyone quary.

The % hike as being shown to all is an elusive figure. This hike is with respect to the Basic pay only and is negligible when compared to gross salary. If calculated properly the raise is only 8-10% which is a meagre. So there isn't any celebrations. Private employees please don't loose hearts. We too will have to opt for private jobs if this situation continues.

THIS PART OF THE COMMUNITY WERE TOTALLY NEGLECTED BY ALL THE PAY COMMISSIONS INCLUDING 6CPC. ALSO OURS BEING AN AUTONOMOUS BODY GOVERNED BY THE DEPT. OF ATOMIC ENERGY, WE ARE DENIED UPDATE ALLOWANCE ON THE LINES OF ALL DAE EMPLOYEES- WHETHER IT BE AUXILLIARY STAFF OR OTHER. WE ARE DENIED UPDATE ALLOWANCE SINCE THE LAST 10 YEARS SAYING THAT WE DIDN'T CONTRIBUTE ANYTHING TO THE RESEARCH, WHEREAS ALL THE SCIENTISTS ARE PRODUCED BY THE SCHOOL FRATERNITY'S ASSISTANCE ONLY. IF WE ARE NOT A PART OF THE COMMUNITY THEN HOW CAN INDIA PRODUCE SCIENTISTS AND BRING VARIOUS BREAKTHROUGH'S IN RESEARCHES. THIS AREA WAS TOTALLY NEGLECTED BY THE 6CPC. WHEREAS A SCIENTIFIC OFFICER OR SCIENTIFIC ASST. GETS PROMOTED AFTER EVERY 4 YEARS. COMPARATIVELY ALSO THEY ARE LESS QUALIFIED THAN THE SCHOOL STAFF AND THEIR RESULTS IN RESEARCHES ALSO IS VERY POOR. RIDICULOUS ISN'T IT!!! THAT'S THE FATE OF A TEACHING STAFF IN INDIA.

6th pay commision reflects that only defence officers and IAS officers are counted only "As central govt. employee". Non-commisioned personal in defence forces are not counted as central govt. employee. Why ? Who actually fight in the battle field, officers or soldier?

Unnecessary to bifurcate and introduce n the paybrand abd grade pay elements as these may complicate the calculations . pay scales should have been made simle and it should be easy to impliment.
further muxing all Group A posts up to the level of director in the existing structure is unjustified as after all other than IAS and other senior services promations earned over years , after all after putting in more than 25 years of service in group A cadre only one can reach Director level. With this stroke all earned promations washed away as it leaves only a few hundreds for seniority in the form of grade pay . this needs attention.
