Islamabad, Jan 11 (ANI): Pakistani Ghazal maestro Mehdi Hassan has reportedly been put in an intensive care unit of a private hospital in the country.
The News quoted his son Arif Mehdi as saying that his father was rushed to hospital after he suffered a breathing disorder.
Doctors have reportedly decided to keep him under observation for now.
Earlier this month, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) chief Nawaz Sharif visited the houses of Mehdi Hassan and film comedian Lehri and inquired about their health on Monday.
Nawaz lauded their services and prayed for their speedy recovery. Both the living legends are seriously ill these days and struggling for their lives. (ANI)
