Baramulla, Dec 30 (ANI): The General Officer Commanding of XV Corps, Lieutenant General Syed Atta Hasnain here on Friday said that militant outfits are still active across the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir.
General Hasnain said that it was impossible to control the infiltration completely.
"Even now I think that infiltration is taking place and I have been telling this all the times despite deployment of a soldier at every place, zero-infiltration would be impossible. Infiltration will take place till the people from the other side continue to set up related infrastructures for infiltration," said Lt. Gen Hasnain.
He said that the Indian Army respected the sentiments of the people and was able to control militancy with their cooperation. (ANI)
