London, Nov 19 (ANI): Bernie Ecclestone's daughter Tamara Ecclestone who is often tagged spoiled and vacuous by people, admits that she is an emotional person and cries all the time.
The Formula One bosses daughter, who stars in her new show 'Billion Dollar Girl' said that it hurts to hear horrible comments from people because whatever they are saying is untrue.
"My family and friends have told me to ignore the negative," the Daily Star quoted the British heiress as saying.
"They are incredibly proud of me for putting myself out there.
"I was prepared for the good and the bad as the show is just snapshots of my life - not all of it.
"But I would be lying if I said it didn't get to me.
"I'm an emotional person. I cry all the time.
"I'm a young girl, I do have feelings and it does really hurt to hear horrible comments from people.
"It hurts even more because I know deep down what they are saying is untrue.
Tamara also admits getting upset by some people's perceptions that she spends her life partying.
"That's not who I am," she insists, adding, "They are just looking at one aspect of my life.
"What 27-year-old doesn't want to go out and have fun with her friends? It is just a small part of me."
Tamara says she respects how hard her dad had to work to give her the lifestyle she has.
"He always had to struggle, to wheel and deal and make money from a young age," she said.
"I am appreciative of everything I have, which is why I don't think I am spoiled. I am so grateful that my parents have allowed me to have this life.
"I am a balanced person. I am appreciative but I don't think money defines me. I would be exactly the same if it all was taken away. I hope eventually people will see that," she added. (ANI)
