Satna, Oct 14 (ANI): Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shiv Raj Singh Chauhan has accused centre of creating obstructions in the state's anti corruption drive during L.K. Advani's Jan Chetna Yatra rally at Satna, Madhya Pradesh.
While addressing the public on the occasion, the state chief minister alleged that central government was deliberately causing hurdles in implementing state laws which are meant to make the public administration more transparent towards the people.
The Chief Minister said the Public Service Guarantee Act 2010, which is the first of its kind in the country, would invite a provision of penalty if crucial government services were not delivered within the given time frame.
In order to make the public officials more accountable, Shiv Raj Singh Chauhan also said that special court would be established to deal with people found possessing corrupt property. Decision of such court would be given out with in one year of filing and the property will be seized and used for public welfare.(ANI)
