Oslo, Aug 18 (ANI): Norwegian gunman Anders Behring Breivik, had prepared a second bomb bigger than the one that exploded in Oslo, it has emerged.
Military sources revealed that a bomb discovered at the farm Breivik had rented, nearly 85 miles north of Oslo, weighed up to 1.5 tonnes and was ready to use, the Telegraph reports.
In comparison, the bomb he set off outside government officers in Oslo, killing eight, weighed an estimated 0.95 tonnes, the military sources said.
On July 27, police said they had found and destroyed explosives stored at the isolated farm.
They, however, did not provide any details on the quantity or what condition they were in when they were discovered.
32-year-old Breivik set off the bomb in Oslo, before going on a shooting rampage on the nearby island of Utoya, killing 69 more people on July 22. (ANI)
