London, Aug 7 (ANI): Prince Harry has paid 2,500 pounds for war artist Jules George's painting 'Beyond The Wire', which depicts troops boarding a Chinook.
The artist was with the Army in Afghanistan last year and his work clearly reminded the Prince of his own experiences during his stay there in 2008.
George's work was exhibited at Bonhams in New Bond Street, reports the Daily Mail.
The proceeds from the sale will go to the charity 'Combat Stress'. (ANI)
