Etawah (UP), Aug 1 (ANI): Amar Singh has slammed Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Mulayam Singh, saying that his former party chief had instigated him against the Congress party earlier, but now speaks a different language.
Singh also made it clear that he does not need any kind of support from him (Mulayam Singh) and can save himself during any political crisis.
"A few days ago, Mulayam Singh, you said that Samajwadi Party is supporting Amar Singh in connection with the cash-for-vote scam. He tried to show that Amar Singh and Rewati Raman Singh have no identity of their own. I just wanted to say that I am dedicated to the field of politics. I even confessed the truth about Revati Raman Singh in front of the police," said Singh.
He also said that Mulayam Singh's son, Akhilesh Yadav has never ever spoken a word against Congress Party President Sonia Gandhi.
Singh also said that he has been persistently blamed by Samajwadi Party leaders for advocating learning English language and computer education.
"Do you want that children in Etawah district should not know how to converse in English, so that when they go to Mumbai to look for jobs, people make fun of them? I personally want that children from every village should speak better English than children from Madras, Kolkata and Chennai," said Singh. (ANI)
