Coimbatore, May 1 (ANI): 'Elite World Records', a body certifying unusual records along the lines of the Guinness Book of World Records and the Limca Book of Records, has been launched in Tamil Nadu.
Pradeep Kumar, Editor in Chief of the 'Elite Book of World Records', said the records would feature in book only after they meet 30, 000 difficult criteria.
The book will be published in 21 global languages, he added.
"We had a splendid inauguration of a new book of records. We have our offices at Italy, the Netherlands, New Zealand Singapore, Malaysia USA and the UK," said Kumar.
"Guinness World Records brought a big identity to United Kingdom. I am sure Elite World Records would do the same for India in a few years," he added.
Mohammed Ilyas, the first record maker of the 'Elite World Records', said he was elated about his record in the field of arts and said he intends to surpass the one he has made.
Iliyas drew portraits along with singing songs from popular Tamil films. He drew four portraits while two songs were being sung.
" I took nine minutes for this record. I am very happy and thankful Elite World Record team and my god," said Iliyas. (ANI)
