Blankets to Poor citizens On Vajpayee's 90th Birthday Celebrations

Today is the 90th Birthday of former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Ex. Delhi BJP MLA Vijay Jolly distributed the woolen blankets to the poor people in the Delhi.

Under the leadership of Ex. Delhi BJP MLA Vijay Jolly, poor citizens in South Delhi were distributed woolen blankets. This program was organized to celebrate the 90th birthday of Ex. Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The poor while accepting the blankets in shivering cold weather gave blessings on the occasion. Ex. South Delhi Mayor Sarita Chaudhary was also present on the occasion.

Senior BJP Leader Vijay Jolly while addressing the large gathering of poor south delhi citizens complimented the Govt. of India for celebrating 25th Dec 2014 as “Good Governance Day”.

Former Prime Minister Shri. Atal Bihari Vajpayee during his six decades of political life, espoused the cause & welfare of poor in India. Honoring Vajpayee with Bharat Ratna Award is akin to honoring the son of soul. BJP leader Vijay Jolly profusely praised dynamic Prime Minister Narendra Modi for this historic decision.       

The free woolen blankets distribution program was organized by Brijpal Upadhyay President “Adhikar”, a Delhi NGO at famous Asthal Mandir located in South Delhi. The other prominent leaders in attendance were BJP mandal President Dilawar Singh, Ex. assembly candidates Ch. Bhim Singh, Gagan Srilal Pradhan, Ex. Dist President Balram Bindal, Satpal Singhal, Samkesh Sidhu, Maya Bisht, Ram Niwas Tomar, Sanjay Kashyap & Adhikar NGO’s officer bearers.
