India defeats Korea to win Gold in Stage 4 of Archery World Cup 2013

New Delhi, Sun, 25 Aug 2013 NI Wire

Indian Archery team (Recurve Women Individual) comprising of Deepika Kumari, Laishram Bombayla Devi, Dola Banerjee and Rimil Buriuly has won the Gold Medal in the Stage 4 of Archery World Cup 2013 played at Wroclaw.

Indian team earned 219 points while Koreans could only manage to score 215.

It's their second successive gold after Stage 3 at Medellin.

There were four stages of Archer World Cup played at Shanghai, Antalya, Medellin and Wroclaw. The team and individual qualifying in all the stages will qualify for the final.

Archery World Cup final will be played in Paris, France from 21 September to 22 September 2013.
