CBSE class 12 result 2013: Girls outshine boys again

The CBSE class 12 result 2013 is out now and once again Girls have taken lead over boys by making a passing percentage of 87.98% against boys 77.78%.

This year a total number of 9,44,721 students were registered for CBSE class 12 examination of which more than 82% students passed in total. Moreover, as compared to the passing percentage of last year, there is an increase of 15.81% in the passing percentage of CBSE class 12 results 2013.

Once again, Chennai emerged as the best performer as far as passing percentage is concerned with 91.83 percent.

CBSE 12 results is considered to be very important as it opens the gates for students for higher studies in various undergraduate courses such as engineering, medical, CA and many others.

Moreover, from this year CBSE class 12 marks is even important for students appeared in IIT JEE exam as weightage will be given for the Class 12 marks for taking admission in IITs and other engineering colleges.
