Nationwide outraged witnessed during the funeral of the South African teenaged girl which occurred amid the hundreds of mourners gathered for the same. The brutal gang rape and murder of the 17 year teen girl has been sparked the nation outraged and people have been agitating the incidents.
The funeral of the 17 years old girl took place in Breadasdorp, a Western Cape town area. It has been said that the funeral took place at the same place where victim was allegedly raped by a group of men and mutilated on Feb 2.
According to reports, the following morning she was found, still alive, by a security guard, but died later in the day. It has been alleged that three men including her former ex-boyfriend have been raped her and attacked badly.
It is noted that the teenaged girl was gang-raped, killed and mutilated in a crime that shocked the nation.
South Africa has the highest rate of rape reported to police anywhere in the world. In 2012, the number of rapes documented by police rose to over 64,000, or 175 per day.
