The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Saturday filled a chargesheet in the disproportionate assets case against Jaganmohan Reddy, the son of Former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Late. YSR Reddy and 12 others in a Special CBI court in Hyderabad.
In its filled Chargesheet, CBI has made Jaganmohan Reddy as the Prime accused while his financial advisor Vijaya Saireddy has been nominated as number 2 accused.
Three Pharmaceutical companies Aurobindo, Hetero group and Trident Life Sciences Ltd. have also been included in the list of Chargsheet.
They have been charged with offences under various provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act and Criminal Conspiracy.
The Andhra Pradesh High Court on last August has ordered CBI to file a case against Jaganmohan Reddy. Jaganmohan in this regard made an appeal to Supreme Court seeking to quash this order, but SC denied to entertain it.
There are charges that Janganmohan have collected assets of over Rs.350-crore through illegal means using the influence of his father when he (YSR Reddy) was the Chief Minister of state.

The current Congress government should immediately resign as the CBI filed chargesheet saying that the ex-chiefminister during the last elections indulged in unethical and illegal practices.I don't understand why the courts are keeping quiet.Why nobody is raising this question.The CBI has directly indicted Rajasekhar reddy and his team for corrupt practices.The case on Jagan is only incidental
