Six year old a very popular micro-blogging site Twitter is currently affected by a bug that causes tweeters to 'unfollow' their fellow users without their consent.
The company that has over 140-million active users has admitted this problem and assured the users that the engineers of site would soon fix this problem.
According to compamy a bug is causing Twitter users to randomly unfollow people without account holders' prior consent or knowledge that results that you loose your followers despite you have not made this command.
To exploring this problem, Company has advised that to check it out whether your account is affected or not. For this visit to its support page and go to fellow tweeters' profile pages and check whether there are still your followers or not.
"A person you've recently followed shows in your following tab, but appears with a follow icon so it looks like you're not following them, as shown in the image below. Visit their profile if you'd like to confirm you're following them," Twitter says on their support blog.
Thousands of users have made this complaint to Twitter administrator, company spokes person stated in its support blog.
