Victoria Beckham, who surprised everyone with her incredible post- pregnancy figure at New York Fashion Week only two months after delivering her daughter Harper Seven, has revealed that secret of her perfect figure lies in running.
This former singer, designer and wife of footballer David Beckham has said that after giving birth to Harper in July last year she followed a fitness regime that included running six times a week.
"I worked out a lot. I ran a lot. I did it six days a week. I become quite obsessive when I get into something," Victoria Beckham has been quoted saying in the Daily Mail as telling US Vogue magazine.
Besides running, the 37 year old mother-of-four followed a rigorous exercise regime under the guidance of celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, who has worked with Gwyneth Paltrow, Cheryl Cole and Madonna.
Victoria also gave a lowdown on how she elongates her frame with her designs, which comprise figure-hugging material and flattering cuts.
"I've never been a six-foot-tall, skinny model (she is five feet four), so there-fore I wanted to create an illusion. People think I'm taller than I am - not because of the shoes I wear but because of the way I dress. It's all relatively streamlined," Victoria Beckham said.
