India will face four-time champion Australia in the semifinal of Hockey Champions Trophy in Melbourne on Saturday.
If India wins the semi-final, it will be the first time in tournament's history that India will make its appearance in the final.
On the other hand Australia will hope to continue its winning streak. Australia has won four successive titles after 2007 when it lost the final to Germany.
Captain Sardar Singh and midfielder Manpreet Singh are injured but still will play for India.
Indian team for the semi-final encounter remains unchanged.
