Indian External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid Friday expressed hope of sweetener bilateral relationship with Pakistan after Pakistan's Interior Minister Rehman Malik's three-day visit to India.

Malik is visiting India from December 14 to 16 on the invitation of Union Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde.

Talking to reporters while traveling to Myanmar on his first bilateral trip abroad, Khurshid said, "I think whenever we have bilateral meetings with Pakistan, we meet with open minds with reasonable determination to push the thing in the direction we want. We should have really great expectations with our limitations."

"But nevertheless we have very clear cut agenda and we will push for each item. It is not necessarily to expect anything dramatic during this short visit, but I certainly think that at the end of the visit we will see and feel little more positive," said Khurshid.

The Pakistan delegation headed by Malik includes Members from Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Federal Administration and High Commission of Pakistan in India.

Malik is scheduled to call on Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, Shri Shiv Shankar Menon, National Security Adviser and Sushma Swaraj, Leader of the Opposition in Lok Sabha.
