All-India Senior Selection Committee of BCCI, headed by Sandip Patil, met on Monday to select Indian team for the first two Test matches against England.
Yuvraj Singh, Harbhajan Singh and Murali Vijay have been selected in India's Test team while Suresh Raina, Piyush Chawla and S Badrinath who were in the previous Test squad have been dropped.
Ajinkya Rahane has also made it into the 15-member team.
The first two test matches will be played at Ahmedabad from 15 November to 19 November and in Mumbai from 23 November to 27 November.
Yuvraj has made it into the test team after one year. He last played Test in November 2011.
3rd Test match is scheduled in Kolkata from December 5 to December 9 and the final match will be played in Nagpur from December 13 to December 17. The squad for these two matches will be announced later.
