Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) fined Abdul Razzaq 100,000 rupees ($1,060) for breaking the player's code of conduct, talking to media without prior permission and criticizing his captain.
Abdul Razzaq criticized Mohammad Hafeez after he was dropped from World Twenty20 semi-final against Srilanka, which Pakistan lost.
All rounder Abdul (32) was replaced by Sohail Tanvir, a decision which Hafeez said was taken by the team management.
But when Razzaq returned home he blamed Pakistan's Twenty20 captain Hafeez for dropping him from the squad. He said, "I was disappointed sitting outside while the team was losing the match. I know the team management didn't drop me, it was Hafeez who left me out. He should speak up and admit his decision."
