New Delhi, May 1 (IANS) The Delhi High Court Tuesday declined to stay a Delhi government's decision to award a contract to a private firm for implementing a scheme to fix high security registration plates on city vehicles.
The division bench of Justice S.K. Kaul and Justice Rajiv Shakdher refused to impose curbs on the government decision while hearing a plea filed by a private firm Real Mazon India Ltd.
The firm challenged the government's decision to disqualify it from the bidding process for manufacturing the plates.
The court would next hear the matter July 11.
