Washington, Apr 11 (ANI): Eric Justin Toth, a suspected child pornographer, has replaced Osama bin Laden on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitive list after the al-Qaeda leader was killed in Abbottabad last year.
According to reports, Toth, 30, who is a former private schoolteacher, was previously accused of child pornography in 2008 in Maryland.
His case has been filed in the federal court in Washington, D.C., which has charged him with possessing a video that includes an image of child pornography and illegally transporting it across state lines, the Telegraph reports.
The FBI has reportedly found pornographic images on a camera in his possession.
They said that putting Toth on the list was the result of a lengthy process which included surveying its 56 field offices for candidates and needed approval of top FBI officials.
The FBI also revealed that Eric may advertise himself on the internet as a tutor or a male nanny and was believed to have lived in Arizona in 2009.
The police authorities are offering 100,000 dollars (63,000 pounds) as reward for receiving any information to nab him. (ANI)
