London, Apr 7 (ANI): Adam West, best known for playing Batman in the 60s TV series, has been honoured with a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame.
Even at 83, West showed that he is still a bit of a superhero, as fans turned out in force for his rare public appearance, the Mirror reported.
Almost half a century after starring in the TV series alongside Boy Wonder Robin, played by Burt Ward, West has finally been recognised for his contributions.
LA official Leron Gubler presented the tribute to the veteran actor.
"We are thrilled. Adam's fans have been waiting many years for this special day," Gubler said. (ANI)
