Kim Kardashian threatens to sue Mexican plastic surgeon for using photo in billboard

Washington, Mar 15 (ANI): Kim Kardashian has apparently threatened to sue after a billboard in Mexico used her image for a plastic surgery advert.

Dr. Victor Ramirez had the 31-year-old voluptuous beauty's photograph plastered on a billboard in Mexicali at a stones throw from the California border with the caption, "no arriesgue su belleza, ni su salud" which when translated to English means 'Don't risk your beauty or your health,' in a bid to encourage people to visit a professional plastic surgeon instead of an unsafe one.

On being asked if Dr Ramirez had the reality star's permission before using the picture, he said that since he did not have her phone number he did not take her permission.

"Obviously I did not speak to Kim Kardashian. I do not have her number," TMZ quoted him as saying.

On being told that it was not legal to use someone's picture without permission in America, the Doctor said that he would get the police involved. (ANI)
