London, Mar 10 (ANI): Judy Garland's Bel Air mansion has hit the real estate market with a price tag of 7.1 million dollars, after going through a facelift.
The 2.5 acre Bel Air estate was designed for Garland, who was 16 at the time and had just landed a role in 'The Wizard of Oz', by famed California architect Wallace Neff.
According to reports, the child star shared the home with her sister, mother, and grandmother.
The listing information notes that since the actress lived there, other celebrities, including Quincy Jones and Marvin Gaye, have also called it home, the Daily Mail reported.
The 5,513-sq ft main house boasts 5 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a cook's kitchen that looks out to the garden.
An office, library, and spacious formal dining and living areas, perfect for entertaining.
A black and white photograph shows Garland, aged 18 at the point, posing in the front garden in a plaid dress and Mary Jane shoes, smiling happily.
The current owner, Stephanie Booth Murray, has added a meticulously landscaped backyard with an outdoor pool, separate cabanas, and restored an original 'writer's cabin.'
The refit cost Murray, who bought the house last year for 5.2 million dollars, a cool 2 million more. (ANI)
