Tamara Ecclestone 'keeps her cool' through riverside workout

London, Mar 2 (ANI): Tamara Ecclestone, who was snapped being put through her paces by a personal trainer on the banks of the River Thames in London on Thursday, barely broke a sweat and smiled her way through her workout.

Either the 27-year-old heiress is such a fitness fanatic that she barely breaks a sweat any more or she wasn't really trying and just hamming it up for the cameras.

Unlike most people who look hot, sweaty and very flushed in the face during a vigorous workout, the model didn't even have a hint of perspiration.

In fact, she even managed to smile her way through it, something that many would never be able to achieve as they'd be too busy grimacing in pain.

The elder daughter of F1 mogul Bernie Ecclestone was with her trainer on Embankment and was snapped warming up before going for a run along the street.

She was then snapped on some pulleys as she stretched her arms and legs and was seen doing bench presses on a bench on the side of the road.

However, it soon became all too much for her as she stopped to cool down with an ice cold bottle of water.

It's the first time that Tamara has been seen working out or heading to the gym, unlike her younger sister Petra.

This is apparently a new chapter for her who took to her Twitter page to write that she has started working out.

"Turning over a new leaf, starting back at the gym and then Pilates," the Daily Mail quoted her as tweeting. (ANI)
