London, Feb 9(ANI): Sunderland striker Niklas Bendtner's lawyers have indicated that he might plead guilty after he was arrested by the Police for driving at 103mph in his Porsche.
The former Arsenal striker was arrested after police filmed him doing 103mph along the 70mph limit A696 Woolsington bypass in Newcastle, The Mirror reports.
He did not appear before the city's magistrates yesterday but lawyers indicated he would plead guilty. He will be sentenced later this month.
Bendtner has a history of getting into troubles with the Police.
He was arrested in December, days after being held with Sunderland skipper Lee Cattermole for allegedly damaging cars near Newcastle United's ground.
Last month he was released without charge after being involved in a scuffle at a hotel. (ANI)
