Washington, Jan 17 (ANI): George Clooney has said that he is grateful to win the 'Best Actor' in a Drama accolade at the Golden Globes as it celebrates his last three years of work.
The 50-year-old star also said that he liked the acknowledgment, as he is a "big fan" of movies.
"This is three years of hard work and they're years of what matters to me. It feels nice to have this acknowledgment. I'm a big fan of film, it's what I do and love," Contactmusic quoted him as telling Deadline.com.
Clooney was particularly pleased to beat pal Brad Pitt, nominated for his role in 'Moneyball', although he laughed off the idea of any rivalry between the two.
"We're friends. There are no wagers or trash talk. We just slap each other on the back and wish each other well," he added. (ANI)
