India witness significant rise in Visa on Arrivals in June 2012

The number of Visa on Arrivals (VoAs) recorded a significant increase of more than 12 percent in June this year in comparison to the same period last year, officials said Wednesday. According to the data of ministry of tourism, a total number of 864 VoAs were issued last month as compared to 770 VoAs that were issued during the month of June last year, thus registering a positive growth of 12.2 percent.
